Working Principle

The pressure transmitter uses a stainless steel isolation diaphragm piezoresistive sensor as the signal sensing element. The sensed signal is processed through laser trimming technology for zero and sensitivity temperature compensation across a wide temperature range, ensuring accuracy under varying thermal conditions. The compensated signal is then fed into an amplifying circuit housed in a stainless steel casing, which converts the raw sensor output into a standardized output signal (e.g., 4-20mA or 0-10V) for industrial use.
