China and Russia join hands in precision manufacturing again. Shanghai Cixi Gear Metering Pump Factory welcomes strategic partners

During the factory visit, Russian representatives focused on observing Shanghai Cixi's fully automatic gear processing center and high-precision testing laboratory. The third-generation gear metering pump displayed on site adopts double arc gear design and nano-level surface treatment technology, which can maintain a flow accuracy of ±0.3% at extreme temperatures of -40℃ to 300℃, and is particularly suitable for scenarios such as Russian Arctic oil and gas field exploitation and precision metering of chemical raw materials.

With the advancement of global energy transformation, the demand for gear metering pumps in hydrogen energy storage and transportation, carbon capture and other fields has surged. With its self-controlled precision processing chain (self-developed from gear forging to complete machine assembly), Shanghai Ceramic Xi ​​has achieved an average annual growth of 67% in overseas orders in the past three years, and its ceramic gear pumps have broken the monopoly of European and American companies in semiconductor wet processes. This China-Russia cooperation is expected to push the penetration rate of domestic precision instruments in the high-end markets along the "Belt and Road" to a new height.
